  • Conditions of entry
    • All exhibits must be offered for sale and will be exhibited at the committee's discretion.
    • Exhibits sold may be taken away, once paid for.
    • All work must be original and the artist's own work.
    • Whilst all care will be taken, insurance is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
    • Exhibitors should provide 3 x labels with each item (maximum size of 10cm x 7cm for each label), showing:
      Artist's name
      Contact phone number.
    • Sculptures should additionally be accompanied by an A4 size drawing or photograph of the item.
    • All items should be delivered to Waikino Village Hall (SH2, Waikino) between 10:00am and 2:00pm on Thursday 21 October.
    • Please pay, by bank transfer, to account 06 0541 0806891 00. This number will also be provided in an email to you once you have submitted this form.
    • To guarantee space, payment must be received by Saturday 16 October.
    • Unsold work must be collected between 4:00pm and 5:30pm on Monday 25 October, or by prior arrangement.
    • The Art Waikino Committee will receive 20% commission on Art Works sold during the exhibition. All funds towards the Victoria hall upkeep.
